Fear of Flying

After revealing that her vacation to Maui was cancelled due to her fear of flying, Mark and a very reluctant Susan take to the air for helicopter flight rotation, bringing an entire family injured in an accident to the ER. Peter is left in charge of an open-and-shut surgery in Keaton's absence, but how will he cope? Carol deals with a 'floater' (temporarily assigned nurse) who just can't cope with the speed in which ER moves. Meanwhile Jeanie and Maggie are given the task of keeping a dead man cold in the expectation of cryogenic storage so he can join his wife who was frozen 8 years previously.
