Peter is forced to watch during surgery after injuring his hand, punching someone for pinching his parking space. This leaves the path clear for Carter who has to do all the procedures for the day. Susan tries to find suitable parents for baby Susie and considers adopting her herself. Mark exerts his authority in trying to sort out the Kerry/Susan thing. Shep and Carol become romantically involved at the same times as Carter and Harper. Mark and Harper treat an abandoned elderly woman. Mark's marriage looks in a terrible state as he spends more and more time at Doug's place and the new desk clerk, Randi, starts work - how will she find the work load?

ER is a Drama programme.

What Life? has no rating, but ER is a 4 star programme.
