Carol and Tag's wedding day arrives with its share of complications; Chloe's missing leaving bridesmaid Susan forced to take care of the baby and just to top it all off, the priest can't find the groom. Meanwhile, Carter prepares for his last day in ER but gets a shock when Peter tells him something very unexpected, leaving him wracked with guilt over his actions. Benton treats a dying AIDS patient. Meanwhile Tag is found and tells Carol that he can't marry her because she doesn't love him enough leaving her to explain everything to the guests and a relieved-looking Doug.
