Diagnosis Murder

This is a light-hearted mystery drama which follows the exploits of Dr. Mark Sloan (Dick Van Dyke).

Dr. Sloan is a part-time detective and full-time doctor and he insists on continuing to combine mystery and medicine.

Dr. Sloan is up to his elbows in crime-solving as he works as a special medical consultant to the local police department, often helping his police lieutenant son, Steve (Barry Van Dyke), solve the toughest cases.

Both Mark and Steve are helped by an A&E resident doctor called Dr. Jesse Travis (Charlie Schlatter) and pathologist Dr. Amanda Bentley (Victoria Rowell), a medical examiner for the LAPD
