Dexter is still having issues with his "hobby", but the FBI are in town (working on the "Bay Harbour Butcher" murders) so now is a good time for him to keep his head down. But there is a mountain-sized gangster, Little Chino, who is stalking the streets and who Miami Metro are struggling to hang onto. When Little Chino starts to taunt them, it's the motivation that Dexter needs to get over his "performance anxiety"...
