Dr. Ron tells Susan that she needs a splenectomy, and it's the doctor's first time, which leaves Susan feeling rather uneasy. Gabrielle and her arch-enemy Sister Mary Bernard finally face off in church. Tom decides to apply for a job at Lynette's work, which brings up past issues from their marriage; and Matthew and Danielle's parents find out about their secret relationship, with repercussions for Bree.
