Susan makes a decision about Mike Delfino, Lynette takes steps to make sure Annabel doesn't come between her and Tom, Bree comes to a realisation about "buddy" George the pharmacist, and Carlos's legal problems take a turn for the worse. Meanwhile, Gabrielle chases an elderly couple away from Wisteria Lane, and one of Wisteria Lane's husbands has a run-in with the police. And medical problems surface for one of the housewives.
