The friends rally round as Jen lies dying in hospital. Dawson helps her make a video for her baby daughter Amy, while Jack asks if he can be the one to look after the child. Jen tells Joey that her final wish is to see her settle down, which leads Joey to finally choose between Dawson and Pacey. Meanwhile, Doug tells Jack that he loves him.
