Joey and Pacey don't get a chance to talk about the new development in their relationship as Pacey is called back to Capeside to see his father, who has suffered a heart attack. Dawson is also in Capeside to give a talk at the high school, which makes him realise he has changed from the teenager he once was. Meanwhile, Joey is roped in to help babysit Professor Heston's teenage daughter Harley, and spends the evening doling out relationship advice.
