College preparations are weighing heavily on everybody's minds. Jen reveals a very important decision about her college career while Grams and Jack make a decision of their own. Meanwhile, Dawson is having trouble answering a question on his registration form for film school and turns to Mr Brooks for help, only to discover the old man's life uncannily mirrors Dawson's own. Plus, Pacey makes a good impression on the dean of Worthington College.
