Rumours of Pacey's affair with teacher Miss Jacobs are spreading around Capeside. Meanwhile, Jen finds her sister Bessie on the side of the road and in labour. She rushes Bessie to Dawson's house and, as the ambulance is delayed, Bessie proceeds to have the baby on the living room floor with Dawson catching it all on camera.
