Austin faces a dilemma when he must decide whether to transplant the heart of a suicide victim into a teenage girl. When Dr. Hancock is trapped in a vicious nerve gas attack in a bank, Wilkes and Kronk respond to the scene. Dr. Shutt tries to find a happy medium between psychiatry and neurosurgery.
