The CSIs are called in to investigate when blood is found pouring from the taps in a building. They make a shocking discovery when they find a woman dead in the building's water tank. Evidence seems to point to only one suspect, a doctor, who swears he had no interaction with the victim, even though their lives seemed intertwined. The key to the murder could lie in the building, which holds a bigger mystery than any of the team had expected.
