The CSI team has relocated to new, state-of-the-art offices in a Manhattan high-rise, while Dr Hawkes has decided to move out of the coroner's office and into the field. His first case sees him working with Mac to investigate the death of a climber who plunged to Earth while scaling the Empire State Building. Despite hundreds of witnesses seeing nothing untoward, the CSIs believe he may have been murdered. Elsewhere, Stella and Danny probe the murder of a fashion designer killed while wearing an $8 million diamond bra.

CSI: New York is a Drama programme.

Summer in the City has no rating, but CSI: New York is a 3 star programme.
