A web of deceit emerges when a wealthy real estate developer is found murdered. The CSIs suspect the man's wife, however evidence reveals that she also has two secret twin sisters, all of whom share the same DNA. Proving which of the three sisters was responsible becomes a difficult task for Horatio's team, particularly when the investigation takes a further unexpected twist.
