Delko witnesses an armed robbery at a bank and the CSI team is called in to investigate. The bank's security tape leads them to Miami University and the robbers' next target but the CSIs soon discover that the culprits are playing out the action from a videogame called 'Urban Hellraisers'. As the criminals score points for each crime committed, the CSIs must discover what getting to the next level in the game consists of in order to stop the culprits before they strike again.
