A Cuban cigar maker is found mutilated and murdered in his store. Horatio's investigation leads to a group who are sympathetic to Cuban refugees. Meanwhile, a 25-year-old man is murdered while withdrawing money from a cash machine. With the money left at the scene, the CSIs need to work out what the killer's motive was. (S)
