Grissom's team are called in after Tony Braun, a known drug addict, is found dead in his house. The cause of death is thought to be an overdose after it is determined that he had recently inhaled heroin. Further examination though reveals a struggle and that Braun had been restrained at some point, leading Grissom to believe that the victim was forced to ingest a lethal cocktail of drugs.
