Buffy gets suspicious of her mum's new boyfriend. Cordelia does not want anyone to know about her secret relationship with Xander. Buffy takes her jealousy on a Vampire by beating him to death. Buffy gets in a major row with Ted which leads to a tragic event, or does it? Buffy's mum is disgusted at her, because her and Ted were becoming extremely serious. Willow finds out that there are drugs in the food that Ted has been making, to make everyone co-operative and mellow. Giles and Ms. Calendar make up.
