Who watches the watchmen? That's the question posed in this critically-rated, dark and moody series. It follows the detectives walking a dangerous tightrope as they investigate possible crimes commited by the police themselves. In this edition, superintendent Lindsay admits killing his wife. Det Sgt Maureen Connell is convinced he's rigged the circumstances in order to walk free. Is this a case of manslaughter or a man's laughter?
