Hop across the waters to that Channel Island which seems to attract more crime than London in the popular 1980s detective series set in Jersey, with a younger John Nettles in a more athletic mode than of late. Jim Bergerac is called in when an accountant is mysteriously drowned while attending an international trade fair gala.
