The Joker's Provokers

Series 2, episode 22

Batman quickly Batpummels The Joker's minions, rescues a now wax-immobilised Robin from the wax spray machine, returns him to the Batcave, and restores him to normal with the aid of Batwax-solvent. Meanwhile, The Joker has perfected a new little box that acts as a time machine, with which he hopes to cause havoc by controlling time. He also, it turns out, plans to place a hallucinogen in the city's water supply so that all of Gotham will be in thrall to him.
