John and Richard decide to take a break from their busy Boston lives and relax under the hot LA sun. Right from the start Richard is arrested for disturbing the passengers on the plane and using the oxygen mask at an inappropriate time. At the hotel, Richard meets a beautiful woman whom he invites up to his room. While doing the hustle, cops break in and Richard is arrested for solicitation. The charges are dismissed, but Richard keeps on seeing Jane until he leaves, even helping her leave her agent who used her for escort services. Meanwhile, John meets a woman at the pool and soon takes over her divorce case. His relationship with Cassandra grows beyond the case, but it ends soon because he has to return to Boston.
