Ally and Elaine enter a Tina Turner, back-up singer, competition at the bar, but who will win? Richard and John represent four company outcasts, who are suing their employer for unfair dismissal and Fish feels that Cage would be the best person for the case because he's a bit of an oddball himself. Meanwhile Billy tries to stop Ally from auditioning to be the backup singer.
