Richard lets slip to Nelle that John has feelings towards her, this really upsets John who confronts Richard in his office, however although angry John does get a date with Nelle for Thursday night by accident! This episode sees the entrance of Ling Woo one of Nelle's Clients. Ling Woo is trying to sue a radio shock jock for a sexually charged programme, which makes the place where she works uncomfortable. The attorney for the defence argues that the lawsuit is outrageous, but Nelle proves herself as a very talented attorney. Ally thinks her firm has been dishonest in the case and joins the opposition, by doing a radio show with shock jock; Harold Wick!
