The firm is representing both sides in a date rape trial. Ally and Cage are defending Paula, to help her publicly humiliate Kevin, whom is being represented by Richard and Georgia. Ally tries to convince Paula to settle out of court but she refuses. Nelle's client sweats too much and now she wonders whether this may denote an element of guilt? Richard and John battle to see who the better lawyer is. Meanwhile Ally and Georgia have a fight which ends in one of them being taken to hospital.
