Ally and Billy both feel very guilty about their kiss. Ally then feels even worse when she has to work with Georgia on an emergency case for John. Ally then confesses to Greg about her kiss with Billy, and after lots of advise from everyone Billy tells Georgia; not before a huge fight with his conscience about what the best thing to do is. In court Cage calls upon Ling to co-chair with him and with their extraordinary skill and Ling's fake Chinese proverb they win their client $1.2 million. The main question is how will Georgia take Billy's shocking revelation?
