Cage tries to impress Nelle, by kissing her under the mistletoe. Fish's biggest client has lost his job because he admitted to seeing a Unicorn. Elaine accuses Ling of not having any goodwill. Ally catches Renee and Matt making love. Billy remembers that when Ally was seventeen years old, she too saw a Unicorn. Matt tells Renee that he is leaving his wife, but what will she do. Later, Ally sees a unicorn in the office complex.
