The next morning Ally and John are introduced to their new case, Laura Jewell, a thirty-seven-year-old woman accused of having sex with Jason Tresham, who was a sixteen-year-old minor when the affair transpired. During the case, Ally finds herself falling for Jason. In a later meeting in the elevator it turns out that Ally and Jason shared the same dream, and he was the hand she reached out to touch before waking, even Billy thinks that the two should go out for a drink. They share a magical date playing imaginary baseball, as usual though Ally knows there relationship wouldn't work out and says good bye knowing she'll never see him again. On a happier note though the firm employ a new Attorney, Nelle 'sub-zero' Porter. The new recruit to the firm will be very interesting one!
