Ally gets assigned to two cases, a trademark suit involving two ice cream stores, and the defensive of a high-priced prostitute. Ally also saves the life of her opposing counsel for the ice cream case, Harry Pippin when he has a heart attack in front of her, from this he thinks Ally kissed him, and decides he prefers Ally to his future wife! This leads to Ally contributing to him cancelling his wedding; how will she rectify this one? Meanwhile Cage also gives Ally some heart felt and worthy advice on how never to give up on finding 'the one'.
