Renowned hotelier and author Ruth Watson is The Hotel Inspector, and she's looking to whip Britain's struggling bed-and-breakfast owners and hoteliers into shape. The Hotel Inspector has an intense eye for detail with her no nonsense methods as she encourages each establishment to ensure the highest standard of quality for the ultimate guest experience. During the inspections, her main objective is to assess the issues in which these establishments are failing. She relentlessly challenges the owners to clean up their act by attacking their filthy rooms, rude employees, and horrible food by trying to bring the hotel up to 5-star quality.

    Would Ruth Watson consider visiting a hotel that we have recently stayed in a feel does not warrant a four star rating ? its the best western Abbey Hotel, Golf and Country Club at Redditch near Birmingham. We feel that the hotel was shabby, and had dirty scruffy carpets, the rooms were recently refurbished, but still ahd the same tired carpets, and the bathrooms were grubby and old.     Good Morning,

    I was watching the Hotel Inspector this morning about Michael Bissell's Hotel in Reading but the programme finished before I could find out what happened in the end. Can you tell me when the next episode is so that I will know how it all ended.
