What a coincidence that this programme should be screened as we approach the 1st anniversary (12th Jan>) of our dear friend, Clare Doherty RIP who was killed off her bicycle at 17.30 by a truck turning left in Brentford, on her way home work near the West Middlesex hospital. My sympathies and admiration went to the woman whose daughter was killed by the cement truck also turning left and particularly for her great efforts as shareholder of the truck company to address the issue of mirrors on the trucks which would avoid "blind spots".

My friend's family live in Ireland and felt very helpless in the face of this tragedy. Seeing all those vulnerable, naked cyclists protesting is both encouraging and empowering. I sincerely thank them for such an original thought provoking initative.

My friend's family are travelling over to London for the anniversary this Saturday. Is there any way we could get a copy of the documentary to console them in some way and to show them that there are people who are advocating change.
