Panarama investigates the rise of armed teenage street gangs and discovers how shockingly ingrained the culture of guns and violence is in Britain. Parents speak about their children being dragged into gang culture and old-school gangsters say how even they are shocked by the new levels of casual violence, including one who is trying to turn kids away from guns. Panorama also follows the latest police efforts to stem gun culture and meets some of the young gunmen themselves.
