After seeing this program , you could be fooled into thinking everyone is at it??? Not so ! There is over 4 billion unclaimed Benefits ever year because of little knowledge of this complex system. Add to this, the gross incompetence of the staff. Incidentally there are more sick people than fraud cases. Try and recoup your benefits ... take them months and months to repay you. On the other hand ... if you owe them money they claim it back yesterday !!
I am in business as an MOT Station and car repairs and i am waiting for a rogue builder namely Neil Smart Axbridge Design Ltd to be arrested for fraud and crimininal damage.He not only screwed DWP he ruined peoples homes and lives reference The X Ray Programme BBC 1 Wales and The The Political Show BBC 1 Wales.
This programme is a joke, seeing the undercover jobcentre 'jobsworth' take the measly £110 a week off the single mum with her baby was disgusting. Made me physically sick. Shes hardly cheating the system when shes living in some council tower block, cheap clothes, cheap pushchair. I wonder how the undercover Jobcentre guy sleeps at night after that one, probably like a log.
Oh and i totally agree with what Angela said above, wheres the TV show countering this one showing how many BILLIONS a year the government cheat from honest struggling people, that they are entitled to BY LAW.
When the Jobcentres inside policy is to turn down 1st time claimants and delay payments you know somethings gone wrong somewhere, ....what are they, insurance companies?????

I contacted you 17/07/2008 and since then rogue builder Neil Smart Axbridge Design Ltd has been arrested and bailed with connection with the fraud act and all the families are waiting for the CPS to charge him.This Builder has utillised the corrupt Insolvency Act Law and its time for change.He lives in a PAID for home with £200k cash behind him and other peoples homes are ruined by him and RATS run ragged at my home and my kids could DIE .time for justiceKind regards Dave Sherwood
