Back to the Floor is a documentary series which takes top bosses and sends them to work at the bottom of their operations - on the till, in prison, on the bins and even at the coal face.

The bosses learn a lot through this exercise. They learn how their company really works, what the industry is like, and what their employees really think of them.

Effective key skills are the secrets to success at work. This programm shows you everything you need to improve your business, from better communication to solving crises with teamworking.

As well as being shown on BBC Two, the programme is also regularly repeated on the digital channels: BBC Knowledge, BBC Choice and UK Horizons.
