On the Saturday 20th Sept show I was very suprised to hear three of the stars referring to Gnocchi,as Nockie.
Surely experienced chefs ought to be able to pronounce an Italian food item correctly. Although my husband is Italian I am a Yorkshire lass and I don`t have a problem saying "Gnocchi"

I made the sticky toffee pudding, it was so large that i decided to invite the neighbours in to help eat it. We all thought it was fantastic.
The french baker made bread like my mother used to when we were children. What kind of flour was used to make the bread/doughnuts? In Belgium the doughnuts are called smurf balls. You buy them at street markets by the dozen from in bags shaped like cones. Seeing them took me right back to my childhood. I would swap my Belgium red cabbag recipie for the dough recipie.I would even demonstraight how to make it.I love the program, thanks for all the inspiration.Christina.
