Rick Stein's Food Heroes

Rick Stein continues his gastronomic travels around Britain and Ireland, in search of the very best food producers, with Chalky the dog for company. Rick visits Cork, Waterford and Clonmel in Southern Ireland, samples soda bread, and cooks traditional Irish dishes such as Corned Beef and Cabbage, and Beef and Oyster Pie with Guinness.
