"Please tell me the incidental music from this excellent programme-it's driving me mad!" - me too! It's the easy-going, African sounding track played on marimbas that I'm after! Any ideas, folks? Thanks.

Echoing the questions below - will there be a book of the Simple Suppers recipes? Have seen the DVD advertised but would love a book

A lot of the incidental music is from Carl Orff, of Carmina Burana fame. If you look for his Poetica Musica or Schulewerk pieces you should find what you're looking for.

In case I'm getting things wrong this is the kind of his music I'm talking about - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TQ9_6W6bVoQ#

Have been a Delia fan for 30 years (she taught me to cook)but caught Nigel's Simple Supper programme & loved it. At last, another un-cheffy cook. Why isn't there a book to go with the series? I don't want a DVD or a PDF download.
