Don't know why it doesn't come up on a straight search, I had tto search on 'cake' and plough through.

I catually video'd the repeat of the programme but the ingredients are not given in enough detail (e.g. how much fruit/baking powder etc etc).

I have been trying in vain to get some of these delicious recipes. I would like to try at least one from each of the programmes!! they look so yummy it just makes me want to get into the kitchen and make a start. Please may I have the wonderful recipes from Monday 1st Sept. They all look great. My hubbie and I both love cooking and cannot wait to try these out. The salmon one will be going with us to Oz in December when we go on holiday. Our children live there with their families and are all salmon lovers. Keep the good show going. You have both a very interesting and amusing show.

Wonderful series so far the Hairy Bakers...but alas i have to admit my deep dissapointment at not finding, as promised, on the programme of pies ect....the recipe for the wonderful deep apple pie.I am ready with my own picked apples to re create this great image and no recipe....Please help....

Am a big fan of the Hairy Bakers[Bikers] but as someone who makes all her own bread by hand[ and lives in Cumbria!]and tries to get other to do the same, I was dissappointed at the long times of the recipes used. I'm afraid my breadmaking is much quicker and this is what is needed to inspire more people to do it. Am looking forward to the cakes!!!!!!
