Puerto Rico's capital San Juan is the oldest city in the Americas - but it's quickly building a reputation as one of the hottest new culinary capitals. In the company of host Roanna we tour the Latin Quarter by day, brimming with its authentic atmosphere, and by night dance to the salsa beat of the bomba and the plena. We'll try a delicious spicy shrimp dish with the city's top chef, and sample a drink amidst the brilliant colours of El Yunque, one of the world's oldest rainforest preserves.
