Ponce, Puerto Rico's historic gem has been lovingly restored to its former colonial glory with inspired architecture, both sacred and secular, being one of the city's main attractions. The other is the sea. We join Roanna as she sets out into its blue expanse with an accomplished sailor. Back on land we'll explore the island's pulsing rhythms and prepare a delicious snapper stuffed with lobster and shrimp.
