Today, host Roanna visits Oaxaca - a monument to Mexico's authentic past, where colourful street life reflects its native roots. Culinary treats abound here - local specialities such as fried grasshoppers and tacos with exotic fillings spill over at markets and roadside stands. We visit a native Zapotecan weaving workshop, dip local bread into custom ground hot chocolate, and cook stuffed peppers Oaxacan style.
