It's off to the Central Valley of Chile today, the home of the huaso - the legendary Chilean cowboy. Roanna experiences their traditions first-hand at a stunning 19th century Hacienda. She shares in the history, the fun and the excitement with other visitors from around the world as she rides one of the award-winning Criollo horses, dines on empanadas and samples the hacienda's extensive wine cellar.
