It's time to wake up and smell the coffee! Today we dig deep in the rich soil of the volcanic slopes in Chile's Central Valley. Our host Roanna discovers what makes the beans of this area so uniquely good and also meets up with the chef of San Jose's National Theatre to cook some coffee-flavoured delights. To round things off, the caffeine highs are put to one side and replaced by a rush of an altogether more adrenaline-fuelled nature as we get into our waterproof gear and race down river on a white-water rafting adventure!
