We visit a local craftsman who makes the cuatro, a guitar-like instrument indigenous to the island, and we go 'spelunking' in the Cavernas de Rio Camuy. At the beach, Roanna learns the basics of surfing and cooks outdoors with a chef who prepares red snapper with a spicy mango salsa.
