Today we head for Chile with our host Roanna to explore a country where poetry and food intermingle. We discover the life of Chilean Poet Laureate Pablo Neruda and his passion for food, strong wine and the sea. Roanna follows in his footsteps as she visits two of the towns where he lived. She travels with an artist to hilly, historic Valparaiso, welcomes the early morning fishermen bringing in the catch of the day, and then ascends on the funiculars for some breathtaking ocean and mountain views. After this, she dines on Neruda's favourite dish - he even wrote a poem about it - in a famous restaurant at his former home - the picturesque coastal town of Isla Negra.
