Your Xmas recipe for Gravad Lax Salmon worried me (how could it possibly convert into an edible item within just 24 hours?) I gave it the benefit of my doubts, prepared it on Xmas eve then served it on the 25th. It was simply sensational and I have since passed the recipe on to other family members in the hope that they will enjoy it as much as we did.

hi, just wanted to say you cant find all the programs on daily cook challenge, its sad because there is some recipies which i want to have them from daily cook challenge but cant find:(
