Sky have been charging me for 2 accounts at my address for 1 year. This is their clerical error due to upgrading my package.I got my bank to refund £880 and they have now discontinued my services despite the fact that I am still paying on a monthly direct debit for my 1 and only account. Now they are taking me to court.Please help.

I got £100 Worth of vouchers to a clothing store called GB's Went down there to spend it and the shop had closed they do have various chains called monserrat and futuro but they are hundreds of miles away from where i live.. so how the hell do i spend these vouchers?

sky offered me multiroom for £5.00 pounds and i agreed for the contract for one year. when my first bill came it says £9.75 per month. they are charging me extra. if i ring them take an hour and keep on tranfering me one line to another what can i do please help
