Running Time: 60 minutes (approx)

Claire and Stuart Woodhouse decided to relocate to the Kent countryside in order to give their children a taste of the pastoral upbringing they themselves had. Having sent out 250 letters to owners of unconverted buildings, they finally heard back from three. When they caught a glimpse of 'The Old Sawmill' it was love at first sight, and two years and £200,000 later they had rehabilitated it. But first they had to endure living on a caravan site with two children, one of whom was a newborn, with building neophyte Claire taking on the challenge of being project manager.
