Come with us on a journey through time and space with Vince Noir, elaborately-coiffured king of the mods, and Howard Moon, generically-faced jazz-fusion fan. Howard embarks on a career as a serious writer, partly to impress Mrs Gideon, but it is Vince's tale of a pink bubblegum character called Charlie that impresses famous publisher Hamilton Cork when he arrives at the Zoo-Niverse. Meanwhile, Bob Fossil has plans for the pandas.
